OMNIPOSTR CONTENT PILOT

From your source material to approved, published content.

OmniPostr turns one ready source into 12 finished content assets and a publication plan. Once you approve the content and posting schedule, we handle scheduling and publishing through the accounts you authorize.

€250 fixed pilot 12 content assets Scheduling and publishing included One revision Approval required before publication

The content-preparation period begins after upfront payment, completed intake, and source validation. Publishing dates are agreed separately.

THE OPERATIONAL PROBLEM

Strong source material should not stay trapped in one format.

Creating every platform output separately repeats the same strategic work. A reliable repurposing process extracts the core meaning once, adapts it to each publishing environment, checks the result, and sequences delivery without pretending the work is fully automatic.

01

Expert value stays buried

Articles, presentations, transcripts, and product documents often contain useful ideas that never become usable channel content.

02

Strategy gets repeated

Starting from a blank page for every channel repeats extraction, positioning, and message decisions that should be shared.

03

Platforms need adaptation

LinkedIn, X, email, and websites require different structure, emphasis, and length while preserving the source meaning.

04

Small teams lose consistency

Extraction, adaptation, QA, and sequencing compete with client work, product work, and sales responsibilities.

FIXED PILOT SCOPE

Exactly what the €250 pilot includes.

The fixed scope is 12 content assets plus a publication plan, with scheduling and publishing of the agreed, approved content suitable for your confirmed channels. Other assets are delivered in their agreed format; not every file becomes a separate post. The plan is not a thirteenth content asset.

5

LinkedIn posts

Structured for professional reading and platform-appropriate depth.

5

Posts for X

Short-form posts adapted to preserve meaning within a tighter format.

1

1

Not sure which piece to start with?

Send me your website or links to up to two articles you’re considering. I’ll recommend one starting piece and explain what we could adapt from it.

Start with one source recommendation.

CONTENT PILOT ENQUIRY

Tell me what you’d like to share.

Send me your website or an article, and I’ll get back to you about where we could start.

Your enquiry

Use a complete https:// or http:// link. Do not include passwords, access tokens or private account links.

Fields marked * are required.

Your name, email and source link help us review your enquiry and follow up about a possible pilot. Please avoid unnecessary personal or confidential information. Read the Privacy Policy.

An enquiry does not place an order or authorize publication. Scope, payment and approvals are agreed separately by email.

APPROVAL AND PERFORMANCE BOUNDARIES

A clear scope protects the quality of the work.

Source rights

You must own or have permission to use the supplied source material.

Factual verification

You must verify factual accuracy, claims, names, figures, and compliance-sensitive language.

Client approval

You approve the final content and posting schedule and authorize the relevant accounts before we schedule or publish. Buying or agreeing to the Pilot does not authorize publication of unreviewed drafts.

If publishing is blocked

If account access or a platform issue prevents publication, we explain the blocker and agree the next step with you. Draft delivery will not silently replace the included publishing service.

Scope changes

Scheduling and publishing cover the agreed deliverables, not unlimited posts or ongoing account management. Engagement, replies, paid ads, and analytics services are not included. New source material or a changed direction is outside the included revision.

Performance expectations

The Pilot prepares source-faithful content and publishes approved deliverables on confirmed channels. Results vary by audience, channel, and timing; no performance outcome is guaranteed.

AFTER A SUCCESSFUL PILOT

Monthly Content Operations

A secondary follow-on service available only after a successful pilot and a separate agreement. It is not included in the pilot summary or price.
